We are very proud to announce that two faculty members have won prestigious National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) awards in 2016.

Dr. Okan Bulut won the 2016 Alicia Cascallar Award for an Outstanding Paper by an Early Career Scholar in recognition of his paper entitled "Examining Subscore Reliability within the Multidimensional IRT Framework".

Dr. Mark Gierl and Dr. Hollis Lai won the 2016 Annual Award in recognition of their research focusing on developing automatic item generation methods as well as applying such methods to address practical item development problems.
